Does The Site Allow Us To Give Our Email Address To Other Members

I am not sure if this is allowed or not as some sites do have specific rules about addresses and telephone numbers.

The official rules only state:
"Do not post any personal information belonging to you or others including full name, address or phone number as it can easily be misused by others. We strongly advise you against posting links to personal photographs"

While giving out your 'main' email address is also discouraged, people quite often use 'disposable' email addresses here so that others can contact them. (i.e. they create a new email account and post that address here. It won't matter if that account is later flooded with spam or abuse, as the account can simply be abandoned anyway).
