i had my brother put on property deed 50% interest in fees how can i change that my brother signed a quit claim deed but will not notoraize it for me . brother filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in missouri and has been discharged ,property is located in california and nothing has been filed on property from his bankruptcy case . how can i remove him off deed
