The Latest Fashion Trend.

I have had to go into town this afternoon, not something I usually choose to do on a Saturday. It seemed to be full of young girls walking around in shorts with ordinary(not thick) tights and imitation Ugg boots.

This seems to be the latest fashion and believe me, it is not a good look.
Is it the same in your neck of the woods?

My dad would never have let me wear diamond mesh stockings. I didn't have my first pair of tights until I was sixteen. My auntie bought them for me as a present for my sixteenth birthday.

When I was a teenager I had Oxford bags trousers and shoes like cornish pasties.

Round here the teens seem to wear denim shorts, black tights and ballet pumps- I think it looks cute!

It's very common for girls in the sixth form (no uniform) to wear extremely short, tight shorts with black stockings. I hadn't noticed it myself, of course, until it was pointed out to me
