Is this a step too far when an individual or group could monitor another and be used as evidence of wrongdoing? Or are we likely to see the spread of such technology for civilians to spy on unsuspecting and maybe even legal events?

- and available as we withdraw from a liberated Afghanistan -
blowing those pinkies to smithereeens - and possibly a few joy riders as well who NO ONE regards as human - so identifying AND punishing the illegals in one step without intervention of the courts
solves the probem AND saves money !
