Actually, they are about equally good for you - you'd burn about 320 calories in an hour doing either. However, cycling may be slightly easier on your knees.
Walking provides less exercise for the heart than biking, therefore cyclists achieve better health benefits from their exercise than walkers.
I prefer riding a bike because it gets you to places faster!

If you don't like riding the bike, why force yourself to do it? Bored of walking every day? Motivate yourself with a different activity like walking.
