O2 share payout date

I sent off my share certs with completed form to accept the buyout offer of �2 per share, at the time offfer was made. I have heard nothing since and am wanting to know when to expect payment.

It will be 2 weeks approx from the date the offer is declared unconditional in all respects, which has not yet happened but is in hand.

Latest estimate is mid-february to get the money.
