dont stop during the day if you are still happy with it, I wouldnt do bottles and just put her onto a feeder cup with cows milk. If you want to stop feeding her completely then drop one feed at a time so your breasts get used to not being required. If the night feeds are becoming a problem then you may have to go "cold turkey" and just stop. If you have partner get him to put her to sleep again in the night. or try offering water in a cup instead. Not worth waking up for!

I have recently stopped breast feeding my second child..i just dropped day time feeds and fed her more solids with warm cows milk in a beaker with a lid to drink..The night time feeds are a bit of a security and comfort thing and harder for baby to give up..i did this by giving warm milk in a beaker and then topping up with breast..i also leave an anyway up beaker in her cot with either water or dilute blackcurrant in case she gets thirsty in the night.Hope this has been of help..
