changing the font

does anybody know how who can change the font of all the icons on our computer (i.e 'file, edit, tools etc..) I was once visiting a friend and saw that she had changed them all to a different font, but i forgot to ask her how to do that (and i didn't want to seem stupid) any ideas anyone?????

In XP go to... display properties -appearances-advanced, then click on each part you want to change and then look at the font box at the bottom of the window-change the font using the drop down list and repeat for each part you want changed .Then click ok then apply and wait a few moments. Voila! You can also change the size and colour too if you wish.
