It's not Open Office Apache, but Apache Open Office. Apache is the name of the foundation that nurtures it (Rather as Microsoft is the name of the company that produces Microsoft Office).
Open Office was originally developed by OpenOffice.org, but OpenOffice.org was sonated to the Apache Foundation in 2011.
Personally I switched from OpenOffice to Libre Office (which also started out as part of Open Office), at that time, because Apache stopped bothering with a British English version.
