One of the guys I am subscribed to on youtube explaining what he thinks of NPower.
Having had similar dealings with them myself it's great to see someone telling it like it is.

Every time I see people being chatted up by an N power salesman and he has a little crowd around him I go up and quickly disperse I tell them that I never had higher bills than when I switched to N Power at the Ideal Home Exhib one year, the third bill was for 2 grand !!! said they had undercharged me from the start but I had only had 3 bills ! they reduced by £800 when I started to scream but that's all, we could pay in instalments, the very day we finished paying we switched back to British Gas, so I go up and tell whoever will listen whenever I see a NPower salesman exactly what I think of him and the company he works for.
