Good morning everyone - having seen the news reports of snowfalls over the weekend I'm surprised/very relieved to hear from you all, to know you're all still there and sorry for grannydi, who seems to have found almost identical weather in the US. Wonder how ulysses100 is doing, in Greece !!

Well some of you experienced an avalanche, where ever you were -

No less than 11 players collected 6 points for 3 correct matches and lots more points to others as well, so Congratulations to all the points scorers, of which I managed NOT to be ... just as well I'm off on a break !!

Over the next two weekends, be prepared for anything !! cliffyg and deecee131 will be running the show - I can't guarantee what will happen but you may all get lucky, with an early start to the April game, so watch out for that

In the meantime, I've scored today and the full Leader Board will follow, and if necessary, scores will be amended when I return, so stay warm and safe and I'll see you in April

As I have been volunteered as assistant to CliffyG, by the man himself, there will be, in my umpiring mode, pre-season outdoors, as we have spent the last six months for the indoor season, only fair deliveries and nothing underhand (as that is now forbidden in cricket). We will need to meet and discuss - a mile and a half drive - if I can get him away from 'candy crush'. I look forward to having to wait until 09.00 next Saturday to have to come up with any words. All the entry procedures will be down to 'CG' as the original proposer, given my computer expertise, as 'Gen 2' knows from my MM efforts.

Hello J - yes the snow here has been horrendous - luckily the main roads round me have been cleared & gritted so we are at least able to venture out. 2 more wins recently for me - A Sunday Times pen! & a £20 runner up prize in the Spectator! My 6 points on MM were due to a double hit one week, otherwise have not been on the right wave lengths1
