blocking phone numbers on mobiles

i know you can down load a blocking program onto mobiles, to block any unwanted calls, but only onto phones that are compatibale with the program, does anybody know which phones allow this program?

Hard to say, if u have a phone already then best name the phone and see if anyone can suggest anything,

If you havent got a phone then i have a sagem myx8 that has a blacklist book on it that u can block numbers with

Can I ask what the program is called, as I receving malicious calls but they witheld their number. So I want to barr all private numbers is this possible?
