Help Needed To Post Answers

I've got a Nokia C3-00 mobile on Tesco PAYG (with data allowance). I can post a question but I cannot post any answers - the 'submit' button doesn't highlight. Anyone got any suggestions as to what I need to do to sort it (apart from get a more advanced phone!!)
