I have used, and will still use sunbeds in the past but 'everyday for a month' is shocking, you are running an extremely high risk of having skin cancer.
There is no need for it, there are perfectly good fake tans out there.
Why are you so desperate to be as dark as possible?
I used a sunbed when i was in my teens, not a lot, just a few times through the summer. i am now in my twenties and i am allergic to the sun. I have to wear sun cream/block all summer and it has really affected my life. Both myself and doctors believe that this has been started through use of the sunbeds. When i was younger i used to go brown really easily!!
Parkers and Kittyglitter... you are so right..... there are so many brilliant fake tans out there, why risk your health!!
Im guessing you are already fully aware of the dangers and i guess you will still want to use sunbeds and get a tan right ?
You could try using different tanning shops, i have used some for ages and noticed little or no difference but then been to another and after only one session, been asked if i had been on the beds - try to find one that has been newly retubed.
You can get "tan tablets" from Holland and Barrett that deepen your tan when in the sun or on a sunbed, and also tan accelerator cream in shops such as Boots which also helps.
However if it is just for one day that you need the tan, you might be as well getting fake tan done in a salon a couple of days before
