1) Is it just me, or is 28d a bit dubious?
Seconds included among mock porcelain (5)
JASPE = S in JAPE, but can it be defined as PORCELAIN?

2) More of an observation than a question, but I think AR = augmented reality in 33a is the first time that I've found something in Chambers 2011 that isn't in Chambers 2008. Did anyone else notice it's not in the right place either, as it should come before "autonomous region"?

Jasper or Jasp is the porcelain (says Chambers) whereas jaspe is a cloth. So yes, a bit dubious.

There was a themed crossword a few months ago (on the Crossword Centre?) where the theme was words in Chambers 2012 that are not in 2008.
Yes, it was the Crossword Centre's January prize puzzle, Out with the old by Samuel.
