I would probably rephrase the sentence to avoid the issue but if I had to choose I'd say The daughters' in law's house[i. That would mean if if there was only one daughter in law it would be [i]daughter in law's] house.
But the placing of the apostrophe suggests the 'daughter in law' is one item, so the plural should be 'daughter in laws'.
