He was on the telly at least twice every week until recently, and I do miss him so, especially when he saw the need to take his shirt off, which happily was almost all the time !

Hope he's not having more surgery on that gammy leg of his....its been operated on so many times that the surgeons have put a zip in place.

Ah, not just me then. Actually he is terribly good at these nature programs. He is so jolly enthusiastic. He reminds me of a cross between a young John Noakes, a juvenile Attenborough ( David, not Dicky of course ) and a well-meaning Labrador

Perhaps with a touch of Steve Irwin. Now that man took the wearing of shorts to new heights altogether.
