Yes folks, we have a player this weekend who managed the near-impossible task of reading evsajo's brain and as a result claimed a clean sweep (leaving Queen Kay's brain empty once more).

Roslyn251254's plan of making rapid responses each week, paid off once more with 2 points for TOWN CRIER. Also within the bonus window were tearinghair, Strix, Aquagility and cliffyg.

Strix was another of the early rush from the shrubbery who, having found 'town crier', fortunately didn't take STAGE FRIGHT, but took the 2 points for it instead, as did rockfordill and Aquagility.

Relatively new player Tonyav was probably thinking of the profit to be made on Queen Kay's ticket when he suggested TICKET TOUT (2 points).

I didn't hear a SONG THRUSH for the whole first two hours of play but the sensitive hearing of the Owllady did and claimed her 2 points. Four others also heard it later on for single points


Altogether, there were 41 points awarded with 5 double-hitters and just 11 who failed to score.
But . . .
BUT . . .
as mentioned in the intro, we had a champion mind-reader this week in the shape of GRANNYDI.
Grannydi failed to score during the first 4 weeks of March, but she more than made up for it this weekend with a clean sweep which earns her two extra bonus points.
Very appropriately, she posted from LITCHFIELD (but in South Carolina). Unfortunately that part of the world is in deep sleep when the game launches, so sadly, only single points for the individual guesses making 8 points overall. See below to find out if that is enough to take the championship.

15.45 out here in Litchfield, sun is shining - just and we have had a lovely day . got back and booted up, looked at the answers and then went for my piece of paper with my predictions. Couldn't believe it, doesn't happen often either.
Thanks Queen Kay and Gen2. I can now relax and think about where we will eat this evening - dozens of restaurants which serve beautiful seafood straight from the sea. Lovely.
