Have you opened any new credit accounts lately, or asked for a credit search? It says on their website that an initial search is free, anyway. There's a number here that you can ring them https:/ /www.cr editrep ortsmat ter.co. uk/cont act.php

It appears that you've used their trial service to check your credit report (either directly or, possibly, via a third party website) and then failed to cancel the trial within the 10-day trial period. See the grey box, at the bottom right, here:
