Why don't they just convert the Bedrooms into Studies , Library , Morning Room and thus avoid the tax ?

I have been paying this tax for years and years.
They valued my house back in 1991/92 and charge me a tax every year to live in my house.

It was definitely a lounge...with a full-sized pool table. We had some fab parties :-)

Jacklee - yes rubbish ain't it.
I plan to spend my savings on booze and hookers and let the state keep me in old age. Until then I have hidden my cash in Cypriot bank accounts.
