CBBC kids show

Can anyone remember this kids show from about 10-15years ago? I'm sure it was on BBC, around the broom closet/edd the duck days! It was set in a hotel with one (maybe two) guys, and some kind a puppet who ran it. There was also deer heads on the walls who used to talk to each other, and mice who lived under the stairs! This has tortured me for years!!!!

I think you're talking about the kids comedy Dizzy Heights :) The puppets name was Eustace as far as I remember with Mr Heap and Mr Wall as the owner of the hotel.

Don't think anyone watched it, but I used to love it!
