Unable To Open And Read A Utility Bill

I am unable to open and read the contents of a utility bill. I have contacted my service provider who also happens to be the said utility company about 2 months ago. They have been able to send me a screen print of the first page of the bill and asked me to send them a screen print but as I only get a blank page it seems pointless. The screen that seems to be the problem is 'touchclarity.com'
and they told me to disable the touch clarity which I did and it made no difference. I really need to read my February phone bill and they are taking ages.
Do I have a problem with my PC or can someone advise me what to do please ?

I think the techies will need to know your browser details and maybe your pc details to give an accurate reply.

Tenrec - I think they know most of it.
society - no I don't. I have not had any trouble opening and reading the bill for 7 years, this started with my November bill but I just thought it was a problem on the day and in any case I didn't need to read the bill, but my February bill is much larger than usual and so I needed to find out why. trouble is it is all dealt with in India!!
Have you tried downloading it? You should then be able to open and read all of it

Which utility company is it? I have used severalof them for on line billing over the last few years
What, it is an e-mail that looks blank ? Or some attachment ?

Do you see a red X anywhere that you can right click on ?

If it is an attachment that you are opening the bill screen dump on, is your viewer the latest version, able to cope with the latest version picture formats ?

The utility company and service provider is BT. When I receive my bill by e-mail I have to log in to 'mybt' and then the bill should open, but when I log in now the front page of the bill flashes on the screen for a split second, then I have a blank screen and the tab at the top says 'loading' but it makes no difference how long its left loading - 20minutes - it never does and at the bottom it is the 'touchclarity.com' screen.
Sounds like a data transfer issue. What if you try to access it on a different PC, preferably a different line/modem ?
