i have since approx december last year had what feel like spots(like what you would get on your face) in my lower right abdomen.when i noticed them they were not painful they however now are and are bigger and in the same place on my left side.they seem to go away when im sat and have just eaten and like when i first noticed them the pain is more when pressed and when mobile.

any ideas what they could be?(i know its a vague description)

No idea.......no idea at all.

Are they IN the skin or below the skin.

The first thing that comes to mind is that they may well be lymph glands (inguinal lymph glands)....no big deal.

That is the best that i can do....if you are worried, then see your GP.
