No matter how I stack the dishwasher, Mrs McM seems to have a need to re-arrange things. Is this a Mars and Venus thing?

Yes. My cousin always used to ask me to hang his washing out. When I asked why he couldn't do it himself he said 'Because you always rehang it all'

Yes
Try barking at her when she rearranges it.

She might get the message.

It's most perplexing.......I'm also accused of not emptying it in the correct order!
Yes, McMouse, it is. It's to do with stacking same size plates together in our house. Same with fitting a new toilet roll. If Mr Losgigs does it, I just do it again the right way. Have given up complaining, it's a waste of good breath.
All my boys have to do after their evening meal is rinse their plates and put them in the dishwasher. They are often called back to do it correctly.
My OH is useless at filling the dishwasher, he never rinses anything, fills the top rack with glasses and mixes up all the cutlery, arghh........
Yes, My OH, usually more logical and spatially aware than me, cannot stack the dishwasher correctly and I have to change it all round - I believe he does this deliberately.
yes but your way is obviously the right way
sorry i thought mrs Mc was posting lol
At least you stack the damn dishwasher. I'm not sure mine knows where it is.
I had a dishwasher once. NEVER again, caused more rows than was worth it!
You wanna stack my racks, come on over

I'll have no issue with how to put them in, just as long as they come out clean
