How Many People Are Having Problems With Their Sky Emails?
3 Answers
I logged into my email account as usual yesterday, using Windows Mail, and lo and behold over 12,000 old emails suddenly appeared, even though they had been deleted. I tried to switch off, and start again, and the same thing happened.
I then logged into my Sky Account email, and the same thing has happened again, so now I have over 25,000 emails to delete.
What on earth is going on with Sky and the emails, and I keep on having to sign in every time I log on as well, and that is for both my Yahoo account and Sky account. It seems as though Sky has amalgamated with Yahoo and this has caused absolute chaos.
It looks as though I will have to now spend my time deleting all these old emails. Should I expect compensation from Sky?
