Epson 46 Printer

Would be grateful for help, printer is only printing the edges of an e mail and not the message, also will only print edge of ie page of paper, for instance I wanted to print a page from Times none of the printed part came out, not sure what to do any advice please to correct this. Many Thanks

First thing is too check that the printer actually works OK with the PC, If you go to the printer properties or utilities or printer toolbox and you will usually find a print ''test page'' function. try this, does it print OK?

If you can't find this then open notepad (programs-accesories-notepad) and make a simple few lines of text and print it, does it work OK?

Thanks qapmoc. I've had printer working OK and this has just happened Went to notepad and did a letter and didn't print at all. It works alright to print crossword grid so must be something to do with the printing of text. Can I uninstall this epson C46 and then re-install any help much appreciated.
