A will is a public document once it has gone through probate, you can send for a copy to the relevent probate registry or from the principal probate registry, where was the will proved?

As has been said, there's no website.

Assuming that your brother is deceased (as nobody has the right to view the will of a living person), and that probate has been granted, you can get hold of a copy of the will by completing this form

and posting it (together with the £6 fee) to the address shown in the notes.
