Downloading Music From Iphone To Micro Sd Card

My Satnav has a Micro SD card slot and I want to know if there is a device e.g adaptor and SD card, which can be used to download music from my iPhone to the Micro SD card so that I can play it through the Satnav> How is this done? Any advise please?

it will sound crap better use the iphone for playing ya music.dont think sat nav sd card is meant for music think it's for maps and updates
