I would like to nominate himself for this award for the following reasons - he has had a 'bit of a cold' (also know as 'man flu'). He has spent the last couple of days walking around doing that 'feel sorry for me face' and drinking hot black currant squash. Today, I asked him what his plans were, thinking he would say he had some business stuff to do, etc, but no, what he actually said was 'I'm going to sit here on the sofa and recover'! Agghhh, man up!

(Sorry, rant over.)

Pack him off to the Answerbank Hotel for a week or so, that will cure him !! Chin up xxx
It's a mans divine right to lie on the sofa feeling sorry for himself, expecting his woman to make him Chicken soup

I told him to take a paracetamol (and muttered A LOT).
My sympathy to you, Sherrard. Mr BM had Man Flu a few weeks back. He spent 2 days laying on the sofa being pathetic, covered by a duvet and being waited on hand and foot. I then caught it. What sympathy, tlc did I get? Nothing. Not a damn thing. He made big noise on Facebook about needing to look after me but I even had to drag my own sorry arse into the kitchen to make a lemsip. Men. I have still not forgiven him.
BM, you got cuddles from ASBO, the only one who cared :-)
I know, he is a sweetie. He loves him mummy even if he is a bugger.

Sorry, last bit of ranting, still want to smack him over the head with a frying pan.
I wouldn't recommend that action. I did that to the first Mr Craft with a cast iron frying pan............
I currently have manflu and I'm a woman.
Staying off work isn't an option. I wouldn't dare tell the women in the office that I wasn't coming in.

All of the kids have been ill lately (I have had a cold and chicken pox) and he's 'recovering' - if I get arrested for something, I am using AB as my alibi.
'It's a mans divine right to lie on the sofa feeling sorry for himself, expecting his woman to make him Chicken soup'

says the man whose mantra is usually 'man up'

What The Funicular???
Sherrard, I bet you are great at multi tasking, no-one will believe that you couldn't type on AB and clock his majesty with a frying pan at the same time. I have a hypocondriac at home. he moans about all his ailments, I've no doubt that he is feeling off colour sometimes, but it drives me nuts every day.

Damn AYG, my plan is knackered (couldn't spell foiled). He had better have 'recovered' by tomorrow, big bloody Jessie.
I can't afford manflu - I'm self employed.
