Hi,
I have recentl purchased a vw sharan. I dosn't appear to have any turbo power. is there anyway i can see if the turbo is cutting in? its 130 hp 2005 model, 90k, so i did expect it to go faster than, or equivilent to my alhambra with 200k on the clock.

Is the engine light showing? If so, the engine has probably gone into limp home mode, due to a fault. The engine fault lamp should light up when you first switch on the ignition and extinguish once the engine has fired up.
