Can you take these at the same time? I've got some Sudafed which has paracetamol in it which I want to take for my cold, and Ibuprofen is the only thing that seems to help my sore throat.

Thanks for any replies

Yes you can. The usual advice is to take one, then 2 or 4 hours later take the other. Always take Ibuprofen on a lined stomach to prevent stomach bleeds.
Yes, you can take paracetamol and ibubrofen together but you should only take the latter with food. You can take paracetamol with any anti inflammatory but if you are taking a "cold and flu" over the counter remedy you must look at the ingredients as they usually contain paracetamol and you must therefore not take paracetamol tablets alongside it.
yup.....but stick to the doses recommended on the packet (obviously!) x
