Most annoying celebrity

Who do you consider to be the most annoying celebrity?

My top two, using celebrity in its loosest sense, are Jade Goody and the portugeuse bloke who won Big Brother last year (hmmm, interesting that they were both BB contestants).

Richard Simmons (bright orange American exercise fanatic). I hate him sooooo much and I really don't get why he's so famous and popular. Seems to be that women of a certain age like him!

Okay, if we're looking only at the U.K. it would have to be Katie Price and Peter Andre.  Perfect tie at annoying wastes of space.  For the U.S., definitely Paris Hilton. If it's a race between Katie and Paris, then Katie wins.  She is not only most annoying on planet but also listening to her speak has the same effect of fingernails down a chalkboard (to mention nothing of her singing)
