Printer Connection Problems

I am technophobic, please bear with me.
I have recently moved house and am having to use a 3 dongle for internet access temporarily.
I have an HP printer which I have always used wirelessly - since I moved here it does not work. Ive tried putting the cd in and reinstalling it but it still wont print.
Any ihat I can try next please ??

3G isn't WiFi, unless you have a WiFi network (doesn't need to be connected to the internet) you won't be able to print wirelessly, just plug the printer into the computer.
