Does Anyone Know If Can Put Bt And Sky Accounts On Hold?

We are in the process of having to move out of our rented home (end May 2013) we will temporarily (3 months max) be living with my parents whilst we wait for our new home to be ready.

We have both BT and SKY accounts which are still in their initial 12 month contracts. Does anyone know whether we will be able to put these accounts on hold until we are in our new home (my parents have both a BT and SKY account so neither are needed whilst we are staying with them)?

I don't know, and since you are in the first year of your contract I think you best advice is to ask the providers concerned whether they can somehow suspend your subscriptions.
