If you mean the whole screen showing the picture plus layout etc then use the 'print screen button' and copy to another programme (Word) where you can save ti.
I take it that you are using a PC and not a Mac?
Camioneur, why would you want to use SHIFT? Just pressing the PrintScreen key captures the whole screen. Using Alt-PrintScreen, however, will capture just the active window.
Druiaghtagh, after PrintScreen, make sure that you copy straight into another application as alun30 said. I tend to paste into Paintshop Pro so that I can save the picture for later. I also use Word to print them out though.
