coolant leak

i have a water coolant leak on my rover 416(1999).It coming from the side of the engine near the timing belt.Can someone tell me is it the water pump and how much it would cost to fix it and would i need to change the timing belt as well?

is that 4 water pump and cambelt
I had a similar job done. The cam belt should be changed at the same time and this makes it a lot dearer. I think I paid �220.
Try dropping about 20 gramms of ground ginger into your radiator and let it circulate. It cured my leak and was ok until I sold my rover after two years.
