Shortly before 9:00PM (Boston Time) the second suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a 19 year old Chechen immigrant was captured in Watertown, Massachusetts about 20 miles west of the Boston area. Appears he was wounded and found hiding in a boat that was on a trailer in someone's backyard. He was taken to a hospital for injuries he recieved either last night, when his brother was killed or duting the capture.

This will be a Federally charged crime that will be subject to the death penalty... the same law on penalty imposed on the Oklahoma City bobmber sever years ago.

This suspect was caught on surveillance film placing what turned out to be the second bomb... the one that killed a 7 year old boy, blew his older sister legs off and left shrapnel in his mothers head...

It's a law that was passed following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing... a Federally applied law that's under the jurisdiction of the FBI for investigation and the U.S. Justice department for prosecution...
Timothy McVeigh... the Oklahoma City bomber, was executed on June 11, 2001 by lethal injection in a Federal prison...

We, here in the U.S., are hoping a lot of information will be available from this young man...
