Try your local library, most have photocopying or similar if they don't have the facility they can probably tell you where you can get it done.

what about drop-IT places where you can use computers? Some photocopiers will also scan. try your local adult ed college, too.

Have you checked price for hand held scanners ? Might be worth your while if you will need to scan stuff again in the future.

Do you mean scan or photocopy? They are not synonyms though the same machine might be involved.

For a scan (=making a digital file of) try an internet café if a library can't do it. You may need to provide your own disk to take it home
