So, there you have it, casaespana - they are supposed to part of the same building They are built very close together - probably the same studio.
The docs and nurses and patients are very familiar aren't they - thats because they are on a contract.- and I am sure when one fictional area gets busy, because the script writers have written it that way, they do indeed move them about.
and yes it probably is stressful for the fictional patients. I woudn't worry to much though - they all go home afterwards
