I have been all around the town (ok, not a very big one) looking for Malt Flour and Brown Self Raising. Not a sign of either of them. Any sightings out there please. TIA

Hi Society. Many thanks. I need to see if they do smaller quantities, a kilo of each is enough for my needs. I am hoping to make a cobbler with cheese scones and the scones need three different flours. Thanks again

Do you live close by to any bakery or pastry shop? You could ask them to sell you a bit. They most likely use this stuff you're in search of and they just might...

I have done this for yeast.
