I know its may be in the wrong section, it seems that Bradford York's is one of the highest areas that car drivers have no Insurance, how can this problem be sorted? the Swedish authorities have 3 ID Badges on the rear screens to indicate that the car is Taxed, MOT,Insured, should this be introduced here?
