New Areas...

Didn't know where to put this!

I'm looking to relocate to a totally new area and I was wondering if there is any such site that will give a good honest account & views of living areas etc...

Yes, I'm looking to move Devon, Bristol, Taunton area. As I don't know anywhere in the area or anyone who can tell me I just want an honest account.

Where I am at the moment I know the areas and estates I would avoid and if asked by anyone where NOT to move to I know the places I would point out.

My brother lives in Paignton and loves it.Ive never been though so dont know what its like. I could ask him tonight and get back to you

As above, Paignton is lovely. Bristol is also very nice, although I would go for somewhere just outside of Bristol myself, rather than being too close to the city centre.
North Devon is lovely, I have a fondness for Beaworthy and Woolacombe in particular.
Personally, Taunton would be a place I'd stay away from. The town itself is a bit... er... scummy, but then you get those parts of most towns. I'm sure Taunton has a nice side to it.

What is it you're looking for? Town, city, country?

There`s quite a bit of difference between Devon, Bristol and Taunton. It depends if you want to work, what kind of transport links you want to have etc. There are websites for towns ie. barnstaplepeople.co.uk, ilfracombepeople.co.uk etc. You could see how many towns are on those sites and ask questions there.
