Wii Error Code, How Do I Fix It

Hello Abers
I'm trying to sort my Wii so it gets the iPlayer but I get error code 051030 coming up all the time. I assume I need to go through some configuration of PC and Wii, not bearing in mind I've only just got the Betamax up and running I do need help! The links on the searches I have done no longer exist. Can I have a valid link or step my step instructions please

That error code means you have no internet connection. Do you have a wireless router? Have you set up the wii to connect to the wireless router?
