Are there any simple kits on the market that allow you to connect a MP3 player to the car's (Golf) radio/sound system?

The golf has been in production for nearly 40 years now, and over that time has probably had hundreds of different radios fitted to it as standard...

Any chance you can narrow it down a tiny bit?
