Battery Drain On Ipone

I have just updated my iphone 4 to ios 6, and have noticed the battery is draining faster than before this update. I dont have 3g on or wifi permanantly. Nothing I can see to drain the battery quicker. Anything I can look at or something to dele te I dont really need. I Have downloaded 2 cloud apps

Do you shut the apps down regularly?

Double press the round start button quickly, the apps will show up, press on one of them til they wobble, then hit the little red circles to close them down.

I believe that if you go into settings and press the Reset all Settings button, your battery should be good again.
