I book tickets for lots of Am Dram and often don't know what the play is about...just a night out. In future I shall check.
Took some friends to a play tonight. One was married to a vicar who died suddenly. They had no children but had lost one late in pregnancy.
The play was about a woman whose husband, a vicar, had just died...and guess what? They had lost a child in late pregnancy.
I really know how to buck my friends up..... :-(
The new vicaress in the play had had an affair with a French Polisher. I was looking along the line of my friends trying to remember if any of the husbands was a French Polisher!
AYG...No...my hair is as perfect as when I left home....it's just rigid. I think it could pass for a crash helmet. :-)
Mass...I am frantically looking at the tickets I have for other shows and who is coming with me...:-(
I shall Daisy...not upset as he died in 1968 but the photo my mother put on it then fell out and she Pollyfillad it back in really badly....leaned on the headstone and it toppled over. We have been waiting so we can..err...well just do one with her on it too but when I visited her last week she looked really well so I'd better just do it now. x
