Much of caring though does share a lot of commonality in issues and, hence, their 'management.'
Good luck though.

I can relate to what you are saying. I am one of six children. During slow death of one of my parents was the only one who visited regularly. Two others occasional and 3 not at all. like you say does not stop you loving your siblings but kind of wonder why they can be so indifferent towards those who gave them life.
My dad has prostate cancer and lots of secondaries. Think he's got about 6 months at the very most. He had radiation treatment on his jaw recently which led to severe blistering in his mouth / cracked tongue etc. I'm an only child so just wondered how it was coping when you have siblings but from what I've read, it's not much better!
Zacs....I'm sorry for what your family is going through. I don't think I could cope as well with my mother without my lovely brother...I would cope better with her...or at least more easily... without my bothersome sister who hasn't been to the UK for years but knows exactly what should be done...so...take your pick. Not easy either way is it? Love Gx
