Backpacking Fishing jobs Norway?

Does anyone know info about the fishing trade jobs in Norway. I am looking for long hours and tough working conditions that would suit a backpacker looking to save some money?

Can I just point out that Norway is not in the EU.
Therefore automatic right to be employed (as in the EU) does not apply here.
I don't know just what forms you may have to fill in,but I do know Norway is very strict on NOT letting non Norwegians take jobs in Norway.
