ive just watched 'my new best friend 'on ch4 ,and it was probably the most cringemaking thing ive ever seen ,it was that bad i had to turn it off,am i the only person who cant watch this kind of thing?

I'm embarrassed to admit I've watched both episodes so far (Lord Almighty is right, the one last week was possibly even more cringeworthy) and, although the intellectual in me (don't laugh) knows this type of TV is sc*m of the earth viewing, I find it compelling! I would love to have the nerve to take part in something like that!
