Yummy Eccles, I used to make a mean Nasi Goreng, but the last time I cooked it I burnt it and had to run out and buy fish and chips instead! Confidence lost :( May have to do it again soon, if I can remember how
teriyaki salmon & purple sprouting broccoli stir fried with ginger and garlic. maybe noodle but i think i might just leave it at that. I have a nice bottle of white wine chilling and i shall make dinner and open that

i picked up a few nice cheeses so i might have a mini cheeseboard with a glass of port after

and there is always the green & blacks dark mint choc bar i have in the fridge should i not fancy the cheese
Eeek!
Get that chocolate bar out of the fridge...it doesn't belong there.
Tsk,tsk
Chicken laksa which is smelling deeeelish at the mo :)

I have baked cheesecake for dessert but I doubt it will fit! I may have to have it tomorrow for brekkie! lol
Forgot...we have haddock and cheese cakes to start :-)
i haven't had a laksa for years mmmmmm
I love it Fluff, I normally make it with prawns, but thought I would have it with chicken :)
I don't know, but I have a real lamb fetish at the moment, so going to try for lamb :)

Get lamb while you can afford it! What with the farmers having to contend with the weather loosing sheep, Smollenberg disease, lack of grass and the price of wheat for sheep nuts, could see a leg of lamb cost £50.
lol, not in this house it won't. I get mine free.

Don't buy lamb atm if you want british lamb - best time for british lamb is november. This whole "spring lamb" thing is a complete load of nonsense. The lambs born now are not going to be butchered anytime soon.......

PS It's Smallenberg.
Soup and pitta bread for me.
A bagel filled with smoked bacon, melted cheese and fried apple.
Mmm I love laksa! I got some lovely lamb chops from the butchers the other day, four lamp chops and four pork chops for £5, bargain!
